Training & Development
I have presented nationally and internationally to audiences ranging from small professional teams to large conferences, offering training at the intersections of psychology, trauma, resilience, leadership, and organizational wellbeing.
My approach to training integrates research and theory with practical application, helping participants understand not only what supports human wellbeing and effectiveness, but how those ideas can be translated into the everyday realities of their work. I collaborate with organizations and conferences to develop learning experiences responsive to the needs, context, and professional backgrounds of each audience.
